EXTENDED WARRANTY TERMS
This is a free warranty from Assisi Style. It covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase. Please register within 30 days of purchase to activate it.
Covered: Stitching failures, hardware defects, material delamination or cracking under normal use.
Not covered: Damage from misuse or accidents, normal wear and tear, scratches, colour fading from sun exposure, water damage, pet damage, modifications, or use beyond the intended purpose. The warranty does not apply if the product has been repaired by anyone other than us.
Making a claim: Email info@assisi.style with your details, photos of the problem and proof of purchase. We will replace the item if it is available, or offer store credit. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and you cover return postage for warranty claims.
Your legal rights: This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect them. If your item is faulty, you can still rely on your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, whether or not you registered.
The warranty is not transferable.
