I needed a replacement for my old leather belt and I decided to try a vegan alternative to leather or plastic products. I chose the Assisi belt as it is made of sustainable cork.
The belt arrived quickly in a smart gift box and I was extremely pleased with the product and packaging.
I chose the brown colour in my waist size, 34. The material looks like leather and feels just as tough. The buckle has a tasteful brushed steel look and is well made. The belt is a generous width and it fits perfectly with my favourite jeans. The sizing is spot-on and allows plenty of room for adjustment (larger and smaller).
I have been wearing the belt for over a week now and must say I am extremely impressed with the durability and look of the material. The cork faux-leather is much tougher than I imagined and it looks great.

Lovely product. The quality is beyond expectation and the lovely Matt style finish gives it a classy look. Very often belts fall short in length but this was sized perfectly. Highly recommend.

The belt comes in a presentation box, inside a cardboard box, no plastic used.
The belt is very nice, I really like the feel of cork, and as it’s a natural material each belt has a unique patina. It’s quite stiff when you first unroll it, though it will be more flexible over time.
I’ve had cork belt from other brands, which turned out to be a plastic inner wrapped in cork, where as this belt is cork all the way through. – much better from an eco friendly / vegan aspect.
I originally bought the black colour, and I was pleased with belt, and bought the brown one too.
