EXTENDED WARRANTY TERMS
This extended warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from date of purchase. To activate, register within 30 days of purchase.
Covered: Stitching failures, hardware defects, material delamination or cracking under normal use.
Not Covered: Damage from misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, scratches, colour fading from sun exposure, water damage, pet damage, modifications, or use beyond intended purpose. Warranty void if product repaired by unauthorized parties.
Claims: Submit your details, photos and proof of purchase to info@assisi.style. We’ll either replace the item if available or offer store credit at our discretion. Original shipping costs non-refundable; customer pays return shipping for warranty claims.
